SDR / BDR / Appointment Setter

About the role

A hands-on outbound sales role generating qualified opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and appointment setting. The representative researches prospects, opens conversations and books meetings for the sales team.

What you will do

• Prospect outbound through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Research target companies, accounts and decision-makers and personalise outreach
• Call prospects, explain the value proposition and build interest
• Qualify prospects against set criteria and schedule meetings, discovery calls or demos
• Follow up across multiple touchpoints and keep CRM records and lead statuses accurate
• Track activity and meeting targets and refine messaging based on results

What they look for

• Hands-on outbound prospecting experience and comfort making cold calls
• Strong spoken and written English with good communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to qualify prospects and book sales meetings
• Strong organisation and follow-through, self-motivated and comfortable with activity and performance KPIs
• Reliable internet and a professional remote setup, available during United States business hours

Nice to have

• B2B sales or business development experience
• LinkedIn prospecting and cold email experience
• Experience with sales prospecting or lead-generation tools
