Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

Outbound sales role booking qualified meetings for client sales teams across several industries. The setter identifies prospects, qualifies them and hands opportunities to account executives.

What you will do

• Call prospective customers and decision makers to start conversations
• Reach prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Assess leads against set criteria to find real sales opportunities
• Arrange qualified meetings for account executives and sales managers
• Research target businesses and log all activity in the CRM
• Meet daily and monthly targets for outreach and booked appointments

What they look for

• Solid spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with prospects and decision makers
• At ease with a high volume of outbound calls
• Good at handling objections and listening actively
• Organised and self-motivated, able to work alone remotely

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
