What you will do

  • Act as the main technical contact for a set of federal and commercial accounts
  • Walk customers through setup and onboarding on cloud, on-prem and hybrid setups
  • Advise on SSO, SAML, PIV/CAC and directory integration, plus device and network policy
  • Own escalations with Support, Engineering and Product until issues close
  • Run technical check-ins, health reviews and the technical part of quarterly reviews
  • Watch usage and environment health to catch risk early and suggest fixes

  • Five or more years in technical account management, solutions engineering or similar post-sale work in B2B SaaS or security
  • Hands-on enterprise IT and security work, including SSO, SAML, MFA, networking and Linux or Windows admin
  • Experience deploying or supporting cloud solutions on AWS, Azure or government cloud
  • A record of handling escalations across enterprise or government accounts
  • Can explain technical topics to admins, security teams and executives
