Serves as the technical lead for enterprise client onboarding, data scanning and environment discovery, resolving connectivity and access problems so deployments succeed. Works remotely with client IT teams and internal engineers.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding, data scanning and environment discovery troubleshooting for clients
• Diagnose and fix deep connectivity problems so metadata can be collected securely from client systems
• Resolve discovery errors such as raw security identifiers showing instead of readable data, and advise client IT on directory fixes
• Audit logs, error patterns and system behaviour to isolate bugs, misconfigurations and access limits
• Turn telemetry and findings into clear guidance for client administrators and internal engineers
• Document and escalate unresolved product issues, and track recurring problems to recommend improvements

What they look for

• Excellent English, at least C1 in speech and writing
• Two or more years in technical support, application support or technical account management for B2B software
• Solid grasp of how data is stored, secured and accessed on cloud and on-premises systems including M365, Google Workspace, AWS and Azure
• Understanding of SaaS and IaaS architecture, network topologies and enterprise access controls
• Ability to use centralised logging tools to trace data flows and isolate connectivity or permission failures
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, customer focus and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• LDAP and Active Directory experience with PowerShell and ADUC
