Connect business needs with technical delivery for utility-focused products, turning stakeholder requirements into clear user stories. Work with product and engineering teams to support Agile delivery.
What you will do
- Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders and product managers
- Turn requirements into user stories with context, acceptance criteria, business rules, dependencies and edge cases
- Run workshops, interviews and meetings to surface needs and resolve ambiguities
- Refine the product backlog with product owners and support sprint planning and demos
- Examine current processes and systems to find gaps, pain points and improvement options
- Help rank features by business value, customer impact and technical feasibility
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a related discipline
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile or Scrum
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile methods
- Familiarity with utilities, CIS billing systems or regulated markets
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello or Azure DevOps
