Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Join a web and app design team to shape how patients experience a digital health service, from first landing page to long-term treatment in the app. The role is hands-on and B2C with wide scope to set the app's art direction.

What you will do

• Own product flows from problem framing through discovery, research, design, testing and iteration on shipped work
• Run customer interviews and usability tests, turning findings into decisions that lift conversion, retention and trust
• Add gamification elements such as progress, milestones and rewards that keep people engaged with treatment
• Set the app's art direction and build a recognisable design language with strong motion and interaction
• Extend and document the design system and work closely with product and engineering using AI workflows

• Experience designing consumer products used by real people at scale
• Product thinking that starts from user problems and business goals, with clear reasoning behind decisions
• A self-directed approach: spotting problems, proposing solutions and leading design without being asked
• An AI-first mindset, using AI tools and agents end to end for research, prototyping and shipping
• Visual storytelling and art direction skills, with confidence to set a direction rather than follow one
• Strong motion skills and a portfolio showing polish, animation and interaction detail
