Scrum Master

About the role

The role supports planning and delivery of technology pilot initiatives, including digital twin, image tagging and a possible large language model pilot. It facilitates Agile delivery, coordinates stakeholders and helps advance AI capabilities across the program.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Work with program leadership and product stakeholders to shape the AI roadmap and set pilot priorities
• Collect and document stakeholder requirements, turning business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with the Product Owner and development teams
• Find and help remove impediments that slow team productivity or pilot progress

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to produce project documentation, status reports and recommendations
• Eligibility to meet security requirements

Nice to have

• TSA experience is highly desired
• DHS public trust is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Comfort with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude and experience with AI-enabled products or innovation efforts

Pay

USD 98,000 to 120,000 per year
