Application Specialist

About the role

Train and support customers using 3D anatomy visualization products, both remotely and on site, and help improve the products through feedback and internal projects.

What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions, travelling up to half the time to customer sites and events
• Create activities and content that customers can use in classrooms and beyond
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software support issues
• Provide on-call support to customers in the United States
• Contribute to research and development projects and present team progress

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in anatomy, biology, health science or a related field
• At least two years of professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation ability
• Solid knowledge of software and technology, including hardware troubleshooting
• Comfortable speaking with instructors and medical professionals
• Able to work independently with little supervision and travel often within the US

Nice to have

• Experience in product training, teaching or tutoring
• Experience creating content for customers or internal teams
• Background in sales, customer service or technical support
• Familiarity with anatomy or the medical and healthcare industry
