Thai Language and AI Training Expert

About the role

A language evaluation role contributing to an AI training project by assessing Thai audio for fluency, pronunciation and authenticity and giving structured written feedback.

What you will do

• Listen to Thai audio clips and judge how native and fluent the speaker or generated output sounds.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm and overall linguistic authenticity against set guidelines.
• Identify features that separate natural Thai from non native or unnatural speech.
• Document evaluations with clear written feedback in English and justify each decision.
• Coordinate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Complete assigned review tasks accurately and on schedule while keeping quality consistent.

What they look for

• Native level proficiency in Thai with a strong command of spoken and written Thai.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to spot differences in pronunciation, fluency, intonation and linguistic authenticity.
• Excellent attention to detail when evaluating spoken language.
• Ability to give clear, structured, evidence based written feedback in English.
• Reliable availability to finish review tasks within deadlines.
