- Turn transformation goals into concrete requirements for AI PMs and engineers, then push cross-functional delivery
- Keep an enterprise capability map showing who owns what, how work happens now and where AI fits
- Run intake, prioritization and a regular operating rhythm so the most valuable initiatives stay resourced and moving
- Lead role redesign, change management and adoption with HR centres of expertise and functional leaders
