Project Manager

About the role

Support company-wide operations for a US partner, owning task management systems and workflow execution in Asana. The role keeps internal teams accountable to deliverables, deadlines and standardized processes.

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, templates and automation rules
• Monitor task progress daily, audit projects for overdue or stalled items and follow up with owners
• Coordinate deliverables across departments, clarifying responsibilities and resolving bottlenecks
• Keep Asana dashboards and reporting views current so leadership sees project health
• Help create and update standard operating procedures and document internal workflows
• Escalate blockers and workflow issues, and take on other duties as business needs evolve

What they look for

• Strong professional Asana experience, with two or more years preferred
• Experience building templates, dashboards and workflows and implementing rules and automations in Asana
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle several projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up and accountability

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce, Amazon Seller Central or marketing operations

Pay

USD 2,400 to 2,500 per month
