Travel Advisor

About the role

A remote advisory role helping clients plan and book leisure travel, from cruises and tours to destination weddings and family vacations, while coordinating with travel suppliers.

What you will do

• Help clients plan and book trips such as lodging, cruises, tours and packages
• Share destination information and recommendations suited to client preferences
• Answer client questions by phone, email and online channels
• Keep client records and documentation organised
• Follow company steps for quoting, booking and service

What they look for

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with good organisational ability
• Comfortable working independently from a remote location
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection
• At least 18 years old and authorised to work in your location

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the travel industry is helpful
