What you will do
- Look into and arrange flights, lodging, ground transport and tours
- Draft and keep travel schedules and booking confirmations current
- Handle customer questions by email, chat and other channels
- Liaise with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers
- Process changes, cancellations and refunds, and keep client records accurate
- Produce quotes and simple reports, and help streamline booking workflows
