What you will do
- Evaluate incoming trucking claims for validity, coverage and appropriate payout amounts
- Investigate by gathering information from drivers, carriers and insurance adjusters
- Analyse repair invoices and maintenance records to calculate truck and trailer upkeep costs
- Keep complete records of claims, correspondence and decisions, and prepare summary reports
- Act as the main client contact, answering questions and giving status updates
- Ensure claims handling follows applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
