UGC and Influencer Manager

About the role

You will own a creator programme, from finding and briefing creators to keeping a steady supply of content for paid and organic channels.

What you will do

• Locate and screen creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Run outreach, agree rates and contracts, and brief creators so content fits ad needs
• Oversee the full pipeline: product shipping, deliverable tracking and chasing late items
• Check content quality and pass approved assets to the creative team
• Monitor creator results and build lasting ties with those who deliver

What they look for

• At least two years managing creators or influencers for direct-to-consumer ecommerce
• Proven ability to run outreach at scale and turn responses into results
• Sound judgement about which creators will yield usable content
• Strong organisation for tracking many creators and deliverables at once
• Clear written communication for outreach and briefs

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate or commission based creator arrangements
• Understanding of what makes UGC work as a paid ad rather than organic content
