About the role

A part-time remote consultant role supporting a pharmaceutical CRM transformation. The specialist assesses how commercial and medical processes map to Vault CRM and flags platform limits and dependencies.

What you will do

Review Vault CRM options, configuration choices and exceptions inherited from legacy processes
Judge how well requirements fit the platform and flag dependencies around content, consent, mobile, access and integrations
Join focused talks with the vendor and observe solution and design demonstrations
Help process consultants shape requirements that are realistic and business oriented
Record platform limits, assumptions and open points, and raise questions needing vendor input
Produce capability fit assessments, dependency questions and feasibility notes

What they look for

Hands-on commercial or medical Vault CRM experience, or a well-evidenced route to it backed by relevant Veeva work
Able to explain technical limits in plain business language
Background reviewing CRM processes and turning them into usable system requirements
Strong analytical and communication abilities
