Vice President, Strategic Accounts

About the role

A senior sales and relationship role owning the full client lifecycle for life insurance and annuity firms, aligning platform solutions with client goals to drive growth and retention.

What you will do

• Generate lasting revenue and meet or exceed assigned sales and growth targets.
• Find, develop and close new business while keeping a healthy, well-managed pipeline.
• Own client relationships end to end, from prospecting through retention and expansion.
• Build and execute account plans covering client objectives, revenue opportunities and retention risks.
• Present and demonstrate products and services, linking capabilities to client needs and goals.
• Represent the customer internally and work with product, delivery, support and leadership teams on escalated issues.

What they look for

• A record of selling complex SaaS or enterprise technology and managing sophisticated client relationships.
• Demonstrated success meeting or beating revenue, sales, retention or growth targets.
• Experience running the full client lifecycle, including prospecting, complex sales, retention and expansion.
