Video Editor and Producer (AI and Performance Ads)

About the role

An editing-led role producing high volumes of short-form performance ads for social and video platforms. The work is judged on conversion results, and the editor also shapes creative strategy and scripts.

What you will do

• Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from strategist briefs
• Write opening hooks, keep pacing tight and change visuals every few seconds
• Cut creator, influencer, studio, stock and user-generated footage into native-feeling ads
• Export in multiple aspect ratios with files organized for quick campaign launch
• Write direct-response scripts, hooks and calls to action, and pitch new concepts from performance data

• Proven track record producing AI-powered performance ads
• Experience making high volumes of direct-response ads that convert
• Ability to write scripts, hooks and calls to action for short-form video
• Comfort testing new AI tools and working with AI video and voiceover platforms
• Fast editing pace and obsession with direct response

Pay

USD 58,000 to 70,000 per year
