Villa Operations Lead

About the role

A remote operations role supporting a high-end villa property, covering reservations, guest communication, booking platforms and digital marketing to keep occupancy and revenue strong.

What you will do

• Handle bookings, enquiries and guest messages across major online travel platforms within a two hour response window
• Coordinate arrival details, check-in guidance, logistics and special requests with the on-site manager
• Administer the property management system, channel connections, rate plans and automated messaging
• Track listing performance, conversion, ratings and visibility, and resolve calendar or booking errors
• Plan and schedule several social posts weekly and run email campaigns and rebooking offers

What they look for

• Strong organisational skills and comfort managing several digital platforms independently
• Confident written communication with international guests
• Experience with online travel agencies and property management systems such as Lodgify
• Familiarity with revenue tools, email marketing and website builders like PriceLabs, Mailchimp and Webflow
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to hospitality operations
