What you will do
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients aged 18 months and older via remote visits
- Counsel on contraception, STI prevention, safer sex practices and medication management
- Educate patients about maintaining health and answer their care questions
- Record every encounter in the electronic health record following company policy
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, paraprofessionals and outside colleagues
- Work autonomously and advocate for patients within the wider care team
