Act as configuration lead on projects that create and implement technology and business solutions, aligning systems with customer requirements. Support program office teams and managed service clients with vendor management system operations.
What you will do
- Serve as configuration lead on projects, working with implementation and operations teams to meet customer business needs
- Provide tier two support to managed service clients and program office teams
- Work in vendor management systems such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY and Coupa
- Load data into systems via flat files, audit output and resolve errors
- Review operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Manage program change requests in line with defined procedures and service level agreements
What they look for
- Background in staffing, managed services or contingent workforce vendor management systems
- Intermediate skills with MS Office, mainly Word and Excel, or willingness to reach that level
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desire to learn and grow technical skills
