VP, Measurement Sales

About the role

Lead a measurement sales team, growing revenue from advertisers and agencies. The role reports to a senior sales leader and combines team coaching with client relationship building.

What you will do

• Direct a group of five to eight measurement sales directors toward their revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with major clients and advertising agencies
• Recruit, develop and evaluate sales staff to strengthen the team
• Work with leadership on strategic sales plans and measurement budgets
• Review initiatives and results with direct reports through regular meetings
• Prepare sales analysis and reports for senior leadership

What they look for

• At least five years leading a digital sales team
• Background selling measurement solutions to advertisers and agencies
• Established direct client and agency contacts in the region
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Proven record of hitting and surpassing sales quotas
• Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce
