- Shape people strategy with the CEO and executives, tied to growth plans and investor milestones
- Design organisation structure, headcount planning and job leveling that scale with the business
- Build a recruiting engine for high-volume and specialised roles, owning employer brand and systems
- Create compensation bands, incentive plans and equity programmes together with Finance
- Set up performance, onboarding, training and career development for a remote workforce
- Keep the company compliant with multi-state employment law and lead employee relations cases
