About the role

A relationship management leadership role covering a portfolio of strategic institutional insurance clients, driving growth and retention. The position also involves collaboration across wealth and defined contribution segments to deliver integrated investment solutions.

What you will do

• Lead growth and retention across a portfolio of institutional insurance clients
• Deepen relationships and find new opportunities for the firm's investment solutions
• Position thought leadership and investment product topics across asset classes
• Share market intelligence and client feedback to shape product strategy
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings as a trusted partner

What they look for

• Ten or more years in relationship management, distribution or business development within asset management
• Series 7 and 63 licences
• Client-first approach with trusted partnerships at senior levels
• Credibility as an investment resource across asset classes
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with up to 50% travel

Nice to have

• CFA or CIMA qualification
