Own the email and SMS acquisition channels end to end, fixing email deliverability and launching a first SMS program on existing infrastructure.
What you will do
- Resolve the Gmail Promotions inbox placement issue that is limiting reach and blocking content testing
- Build the first SMS program from scratch on the existing platform
- Log every creative, cadence and segment decision with what was considered, chosen and why
- Ensure each send can be joined to an individual lead record
What they look for
- Hands-on execution and testing experience with email marketing channels
- Experience with the Braze platform
- Knowledge of SMS consent and TCPA compliance requirements
- Comfort working within priorities set at a higher level across channels
