- Design and improve intake, prioritisation, governance and workflow processes
- Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency use and workload
- Build reporting frameworks that give visibility into performance, financials and operational health
- Support agency and vendor management, checking contracts, deliverables and performance
