An individual contributor analyst role producing insights on artificial intelligence in HR strategy and regulated environments, advising senior HR leaders and publishing research for clients.

What you will do

• Produce written, video, and other insight formats on AI in HR strategy and governance
• Develop actionable recommendations that help clients address complex challenges
• Analyze client barriers and reframe thinking to advance their strategy
• Research and predict market and regulatory trends in AI driven HR technology
• Present tailored advice to chief HR officers and other senior leaders
• Deliver high value presentations at events and industry gatherings
