Content Management Consultant (CPA, Audit, Financial Reporting)

About the role

Research and write interpretive guidance on auditing and financial reporting for a research database, and help shape the publishing technology behind electronic products.

What you will do

• Research and author interpretive content on auditing and financial reporting topics
• Track and summarize standards and proposals from major accounting and audit bodies
• Write analyses, explanations, news pieces and white papers for the product line
• Improve existing content and create new material within the practice area
• Answer customer questions thoroughly and promptly
• Review own and others' work to meet quality and performance targets

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA credential
• At least five years in public accounting and financial reporting
• Expertise in audit and attest work plus financial reporting
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and strong grammar and writing skills
• Three years of writing experience
• Able to juggle several tasks, track them and finish on schedule

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PCAOB, SEC and GAGAS standards
