  • Is subject matter expert for KVM while installing, upgrading and patching Windows servers in a VMware environment
  • Set up administrator and service accounts, keep system documentation current and install system-wide software
  • Monitor infrastructure and critical services around the clock, respond to outages and restore service within agreed levels
  • Move changes through test and development environments into production
