These terms govern your use of Keywordise. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

Keywordise finds job openings that match your CV, writes a CV tailored to each specific opening, and, when you enable applying, submits that application to the employer on your behalf. You stay in control of which roles are targeted through your match, location and freshness settings.

Your authorisation

By enabling applications you authorise us to submit job applications as you, to employers matching the criteria you set, using the contact details and work history in your profile. Applications are sent from your identity, not ours. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile and CV you provide.

How we constrain what is sent

• Every application uses a CV written for that specific posting. We never send an untailored CV.
• We never invent employers, job titles, qualifications, metrics or years of experience. A generated CV that claims something your history does not support is rejected before sending rather than corrected and sent.
• We cap how many applications go to the same company.
• You can stop a run at any time, and you can disable applying entirely and use the service only to find and review roles.

Plans and billing

New accounts get a free trial: 7 days, up to 27 applications, no card required. The paid plan is 49 USD per month and includes up to 1,000 applications per month. Unused applications do not carry over between months.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem.io provides customer service enquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your payment contract for the subscription is with Creem.io.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings, then Plan and billing, then Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use Keywordise to apply for roles on behalf of anyone other than yourself, to submit information you know to be false, or to attempt to overwhelm an employer with volume. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and limits

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews or offers, that any specific application reaches a particular person, or that any given employer accepts applications submitted through their own system. Job data comes from employers' own career pages and can change or disappear without notice.

Your data and account

You can export all of your data or delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account before they take effect.
