Account Executive, Client Services, German Speaking

About the role

You will manage creator and branded content campaigns for high profile clients and social platforms, working with teams in London and Berlin. The role sits in client services and reports to a senior account director.

What you will do

• Review creator content against campaign briefs and expectations
• Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent management agencies
• Carry out strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing and outreach for relevance and diversity
• Run campaigns through the internal platform, including briefs, content uploads and creator payments
• Draft contracts, prepare creator briefs and share guidelines across campaigns

What they look for

• Experience in client services or campaign management, ideally in creator or social marketing
• Strong knowledge of the creator community
• German language skills for the DACH market
• Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Google Drive and internal platforms
• Able to handle client questions and support communication on calls and by email
