Support the finance and operations team by handling receivables, payables, commission calculations and reconciliations. Report to the Operations Manager and keep financial records accurate.

What you will do
- Issue customer invoices, track balances and chase overdue payments
- Process vendor invoices, keep vendor records and resolve billing issues
- Calculate and process sales commissions and verify them against sales data
- Carry out daily and monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close
- Maintain records in QuickBooks and build reports in Salesforce and spreadsheets

- At least two years of accounting, AR, AP or similar experience
- Solid grasp of basic accounting and reconciliation principles
- Mandatory hands-on Salesforce experience for sales data, reporting and commissions
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
