  • Collect overdue balances by phone, email and letters, and set up payment arrangements
  • Post incoming payments to the right accounts and clear up discrepancies
  • Run aging reports and reconcile receivables to the general ledger each month
  • Prepare weekly and monthly collection status and delinquency reports for management
