What you will do

  • Prepare and send builder invoices for completed work, checking them against job records, approved scopes and pricing
  • Quote extra work outside the original scope and push EPO and VPO requests through approval
  • Watch aging reports, follow up on past-due invoices by phone, email and builder portals, and escalate long balances
  • Investigate disputed invoices and change orders, then issue corrections, credits or resubmissions
  • Post and reconcile builder payments, flag short or overpayments, and send regular AR and aging updates to management
