Accounting Specialist

About the role

Support the finance and operations team by handling receivables, payables, commission calculations and reconciliations. Report to the operations manager and work closely with finance and sales staff.

What you will do

• Issue customer invoices, track balances and chase overdue payments
• Process vendor invoices, keep vendor records and resolve billing issues
• Calculate and process sales commissions and verify them against sales data
• Carry out daily and monthly reconciliations and assist with month end closing
• Keep financial records current in QuickBooks and build reports for internal teams

What they look for

• At least two years of accounting, receivables, payables or similar experience
• Hands on Salesforce experience for managing sales data and reports
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Solid grasp of accounting basics and reconciliation
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to work independently
