Brewery Accountant

About the role

The role leads outsourced accounting for a recurring book of brewery clients, owning the monthly close and serving as their main accounting contact. It offers fully remote work with a defined growth path.

What you will do

• Own the monthly close for 7 to 14 brewery clients, including reconciliations, accruals, payroll, inventory and final review
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for clients, answering questions and delivering strong service
• Prepare and file sales and excise tax returns for some clients
• Work with compliance, consulting and tax teams to supply what they need

• Experience as an accountant able to lead outsourced engagements
• Ability to manage your own workflow and workload independently
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Willingness to build brewery-specific accounting knowledge
