  • Reconcile assigned balance-sheet, AP and general-ledger accounts by month-end deadlines
  • Investigate reconciling items and accounting discrepancies, escalating unusual matters
  • Support AP cutoff and completeness, reviewing outstanding or unusual items
  • Review vendor, corporate-card and reimbursement activity for correct coding and entity allocation
  • Prepare variance explanations and audit-ready schedules, and support external audit requests
