Advertising Sales Representative

About the role

Sells advertising and multi media marketing solutions to local businesses, growing an existing account list and developing new clients through field visits and consultative selling.

What you will do

• Build and nurture client relationships through regular on site visits and account planning
• Seek new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach and market research
• Grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing new solutions
• Create tailored advertising and media plans that deliver measurable results
• Meet and exceed sales targets while keeping accurate records of client interactions
• Work with marketing and product teams on presentations and proposals

What they look for

• B2B outside or field sales experience, though a natural hunter will be trained
• A proven record of hitting and exceeding quota
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and written communication skills
• Self direction, good time management and comfort working remotely
• Willingness to visit clients in the Peterborough area and surroundings
