A hands-on role supporting affiliate programmes on TikTok Shop for client accounts, from creator recruitment to campaign tracking. The position helps turn strong creator content into repeatable commercial growth.
What you will do
- Support delivery of TikTok Shop affiliate programmes across client accounts
- Find and reach out to potential affiliates using creator tools and performance fit
- Handle creator communication, onboarding and approvals, and keep pipelines organised
- Coordinate product samples, confirm creator details and track deliveries and posting
- Maintain affiliate trackers and reports on active creators, content and sales
- Help keep creators engaged so they post repeatedly
What they look for
- Experience communicating with creators or influencers
- Strong written communication for outreach
- Good organisation and attention to detail across many conversations and deadlines
- Confidence working with data and performance insights
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Shop creators, Seller Center or affiliate tools
- Background in creator gifting or product sampling campaigns
- Knowledge of TikTok LIVE commerce and paid amplification
