AI Enablement Engineer

About the role

Drive AI-native adoption across an engineering organisation by building tooling, agents and reusable practices that help teams ship software faster. The role is hands-on engineering rather than advisory work.

What you will do

• Evaluate new models, tools and emerging patterns and turn them into adopted practice
• Build lightweight internal services and agents that remove toil at team level
• Define and track adoption and impact metrics with the developer experience team

What they look for

• Hands-on engineering background with practical AI tooling experience
• Ability to build reusable platforms and practices that teams adopt
• Comfort working alongside an AI architect on shared patterns and guardrails
• Based in the UK or Sweden, with no visa sponsorship available

Pay
