AI Engineer

About the role

The role involves creating and running intelligent systems that streamline supply-chain work at scale for an e-commerce logistics business. You will take models from raw data through to live deployment.

What you will do

• Create and launch machine learning models for e-commerce and logistics applications
• Apply large language models, predictive analytics and computer vision
• Work with product and engineering teams to release AI-driven features
• Handle the whole model lifecycle from data and training to evaluation and deployment
• Track live model quality and make ongoing improvements

What they look for

• At least four years of hands-on AI or ML engineering experience
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• A track record of putting models into production environments
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States, with no visa sponsorship offered
• Candidates based in Canada or Mexico must already hold US work authorisation

Nice to have

• Background in supply chain, logistics or e-commerce
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation and tuning large language models
