Analytics Solutions Manager

About the role

Runs the data, reporting and AI analysis layer that informs how the operations organization invests and improves. Connects marketing and student data into trusted insights and actions for several teams.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models with advanced DAX
• Lead AI-powered analytics such as automated insight generation and conversational self-serve reporting
• Deliver funnel, cohort, channel, conversion and retention diagnostics plus forecast support
• Manage analytics initiatives end to end and present findings to business and senior leaders

What they look for

• Experience building scalable data models and pipelines in Databricks with Delta Lake, PySpark and SQL
• Strong Power BI skills, including semantic models and advanced DAX
• Ability to apply attribution approaches and shared KPI definitions
• Experience with funnel, cohort, channel and retention analysis and LTV or ROAS work
• Strong stakeholder management and a high-service, fast-paced mindset
• Skill at presenting recommendations to senior leaders
