  • Watch system health and SLA windows using Grafana and related monitoring tools
  • Run incident response, find root causes, write reports and coordinate teams to fix issues
  • Clear transactions stuck in manual parsing or pending payouts for more than three days
  • Coordinate releases and rollbacks, then check system health and performance graphs
