What you will do

  • Build and maintain LLM agents and multi-agent systems that run in production
  • Design agent workflows with task breakdown, tool calls, structured output and feedback loops
  • Create evaluation sets with pass thresholds and wire them into CI/CD
  • Track reliability, latency, accuracy and cost, and dig into bad tool calls and failures
  • Own features from architecture through deployment and production monitoring

  • At least three years of professional software engineering, with strong backend work
  • Hands-on TypeScript and Node.js, or solid Python with a move to a TypeScript-first stack
  • Experience designing APIs, connecting databases and shipping scalable applications
