About the role

Outbound sales role placing candidates directly with client companies. The setter finds prospects, qualifies them and books meetings for sales representatives.

What you will do

• Call prospective customers and decision makers on outbound lines
• Reach prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Assess leads against set criteria to find real sales chances
• Arrange qualified appointments and meetings for sales staff
• Study target businesses and record interactions in the CRM
• Hit daily and monthly activity and booking goals

What they look for

• Prior background in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or outbound sales
• Solid spoken and written English
• Comfort with high call volumes and talking to decision makers
• Skill at handling objections and listening actively
• Ability to judge buying intent and work unsupervised remotely
• Dependable internet and a suitable home office setup

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
