Associate Director, Agentic AI PoC Lead

About the role

Leads rapid design and validation of agentic AI proof-of-concepts across the enterprise, turning emerging AI capabilities into solutions ready for industrialisation.

What you will do

• Find opportunities where autonomous agents can deliver measurable business value
• Build prototypes with large language models, multi-agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation and orchestration platforms
• Work with architecture, product and engineering teams to move successful proofs into production roadmaps
• Create repeatable methods, evaluation criteria and documentation for AI experiments
• Assess new AI technologies and mentor AI engineers

What they look for

• Experience with large language models, agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, Python, APIs and cloud platforms
• Strong prototyping and software engineering skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms or agentic AI in large organisations
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries

Pay

USD 176,400 to 327,600 per year
