About the role

Join an AI infrastructure service operations team focused on networking, compute or storage. The role keeps multi-tenant GPU platforms reliable, automated and performant for customers.

What you will do

Manage compute, storage and network pools so multi-tenant workloads meet SLA commitments
Plan capacity, analyse performance and handle patching, upgrades and firmware lifecycle
Automate provisioning, configuration and mitigation with standard industry tooling
Handle service impacts in business hours and a shared on-call rotation, leading incident response
Write documentation, standards and runbooks, and train operations staff as an escalation expert
Run disaster recovery tests and work with customers to improve reliability and performance

What they look for

Five or more years of hands-on production experience with compute technologies
Knowledge of VLANs, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, NSX or similar SDN, plus routing, switching and load balancing
Hands-on scripting or programming experience
