Leads engineering for an agentic AI platform, turning products and workflows into intelligent AI experiences while guiding cross-functional delivery and operations.
What you will do
- Lead architecture, design and delivery of the agentic AI platform and related solutions
- Run end-to-end AI engineering, covering development, deployment, monitoring and reliability
- Set technical roadmaps and platform standards with product, data, architecture and security partners
- Define engineering practices for performance, scalability, security, governance and maintainability
- Build and mentor engineering teams and promote reusable AI services and automation
What they look for
- Five or more years in software engineering, including one to two years building large language model applications
- Hands-on work building AI agents on AWS, including Amazon Bedrock and agent runtime, memory, tool access and identity
- Proficiency with an agent framework such as Strands Agents, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or CrewAI
