Associate Director of Program Implementation

About the role

Remote, with quarterly travel. The role sits with the implementation team, reports to a senior director and works alongside program managers on a portfolio of partner campuses.

At a glance

What you will do

• Own a set of confirmed campus partners and lead each through planning, rollout, review, renewal and contracting
• Help each campus build a concrete plan for embedding the program and its resources in their community
• Track progress per cycle and year over year in HubSpot and Asana, keeping data accurate and tied to OKRs
• Write tailored emails, newsletters and other updates for partners, and lead renewal talks toward roughly 85% retention
• Run professional learning communities and other peer groups for partners when needed

What they look for

• Experience managing relationships and implementation across a portfolio of partner accounts
• Comfortable running projects with internal and external audiences and keeping communications on track
• Skilled with data tracking and process work, including tools such as HubSpot and Asana
• Knowledge of higher education and the pathways where such programs operate

A typical week

• Check in with assigned campuses on their implementation plans and open challenges
• Update progress data in HubSpot and Asana and review it against goals
• Draft partner communications and prepare renewal or contracting steps
• Meet internal teams and run community of practice sessions
