Project Manager, Professional Development

About the role

You will lead project planning for professional development offerings, coordinating cross-functional delivery so that initiatives launch on time and run smoothly.

What you will do

• Oversee planning and cross-functional execution of professional development delivery initiatives
• Build timelines and production calendars with PD leaders based on the roadmap
• Maintain consistent processes for programming operations and share meeting notes with action items
• Track incoming RFPs and triage new requests against roadmap commitments
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with colleagues across the company
• Set up notification, documentation and escalation paths reporting successes and risks

What they look for

• Two years of related project management experience
• Experience with Asana or comparable project management software
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Skill at turning chaotic information into a clear plan of action
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
